Great service
Would thoroughly recommend. Customer service prior to delivery was excellent assuring we had ordered a small bed. Delivery was exactly as promised complete with the promised email the day before. The bed is lovely, really good quality. Delighted exactly what we wanted.

Absolutely mortified with this bed.
Ordered this bed as we were moving house and my youngest needed a new bed. When it arrived it was easy enough to build. I opened the mattress and laid it on the bed for a couple of days. My child who is disabled began sleeping in the bed but I noticed rather a large gap at the top. A rather large gap between the mattress and head board end. Her pillow would slip down the gap meaning her head was on the mattress. I didn’t complain as I have had this bed before but in 6foot wide version and can remember the same gap. I had odd mattress’ on the 6foot so thought it was numeric problem, but to order the bed and mattress from the same supplier, you’d think the mattress would fit perfect. I have gotten rid of the mattress and bought one from a different place, to find that the 5”9 mattress is now longer than the bed!!! All i wanted was a nice bed for my child. £199 down and it’s been very upsetting. Anyone else had this problem??

Would buy again.
Great product and delivered on time. It's the mattress that lets it down. Just no support and very soft, also you can feel the springs. I would pay a bit more for a better quality mattress or the supplier could give two options for the mattress, standard or deluxe. The frame is great and easy to assemble.

It came with no headboard when i asked and it was stated it had one. Its not pine. Its some other kind of wood. And the letter i recived was a bit apaulling to be honest. Basically if im not hone when delivered it will be taken to an un alocated depo and be unnamed. So good job i was home and not at work really....

Good bed. Terrible mattress!
The bed itself is very good but the mattress that comes with it is absolutely awful. Within 2 days my 7 year old son was complaining about the springs digging into him and we had to purchase a new mattress elsewhere which was £49 and but very good. I have no idea why they do not just lower the price and sell it on its own. It is a reasonably cheap combo but there is no excuse for such a poor quality of mattress.

Perfect size
The assessable book is a bit confusing as they put all kinds of bed in the same book. Mattress is a little bit too soft. Bed itself is very firm and exact size I wanted it to be. Perfect.

Perfect for allotted space
Perfect for allotted space, I like the height for underbed storage, be aware could be quite high with mattress for some children might need a bed guard but fine for my use. Prompt delivery, easy to assemble in 3/4 hour by one person, clear instructions. Additional optional middle leg for heavier teenager, not shown in picture. Really pleased and much better than expected for price
