This was a birthday gift to a budding 12 year old artist who loves to draw. My husband and I hope that our granddaughter can learn a new skill and gain confidence to expand her artistic skills.

Our granddaughter is eleven and shows great artistic promise. My husband and I have both been professional artist, he was a college art professor. We figured this would be boost up for her abilities. She said she really likes it!

This book is really great for a beginner learning to draw. It is good for a serious artist also. Very good instruction and explanation with great graphics!
