Decent Quality Hotel Pans
These are decent but not as thick as I thought they'd be. They arrived with a plastic film on them which was a bit challenging to get off, though manageable with patience. One had superficial dings or dents in it but nothing major. I'd recommend trying them if the thickness is the right one for you.

Wish they were a little deeper
We bought these so we can have something antimicrobial that would keep our baby bottles and breast pump items soaking in vinegar and water and this works great. I wish this was a little deeper but other than that its great

Cheap and dented but serves what I need it for
Very thin, arrived dented all over both and the extremely thin plastic they cover with to protect is a ridiculous pain to get all off. Would be better to just put thin styrofoam wedges between to protect. Also getting the bottom pans to come apart required a fork as they were too tight. Again more styrofoam to prevent this!

Light weight ssteell but well made.
These are fine for home use. They come. With shrink-wrapped lids and no instructions on how to get it off. I soaked in hot water for a minute. That loosened the plastic enough to peel off.
