After reading several reviews, I decided to give this product a try and purchased two packets for my tankless water heater. My regular maintenance company quoted me nearly $600 just to flush my system. My first floor radiators were not getting warm, while everything on the second floor was working fine. Based on that, I had a feeling something was wrong and that it was time for a system flush. I have two thermostats, and it was clear the issue was isolated to the first floor. This was my first time doing anything like this, but after doing a little research and watching a few YouTube videos, I found the process pretty straightforward and decided to try it myself before calling for service. After reading the instructions and other user reviews, I followed the steps and mixed the product with my tankless flushing kit. I let it circulate for about an hour. I was honestly amazed by how much buildup came out. I had to stop the pump several times to empty the bucket because it kept filling with dark debris and sediment. There was much more buildup than I expected. After completing the flush and thoroughly rinsing the system, my first floor radiators started working again. This is something that could have easily cost me close to $1,000 in repairs and diagnostics. I’m very glad I tried this product first it saved me a lot of money and restored my system.

IMHO Cleans better than 5% vinegar for your Tankless hot water heater.

I noticed my espresso machine was taking longer to heat up and reheat after pulling a shot. A 15 minute soak with this and it's back to like new again. Just make sure to completely flush with clean water afterwards.

This product worked very well to clean my coffee maker that was not working at all. I hadn’t cleaned my machine in a long time and it was so clogged that it put off excessive steam and brewed almost no coffee. After running a double strength mixture through the machine followed by a regular strength mixture it is now working well. Highly recommend.

The product was received promptly. Although the amount received (7oz pouch) is more than needed for one pass of my coffeemaker, I don't have to buy a 'refill' for a while!

I used two packets of this to clean my tankless water heater. After one hour of flushing the system, I was really surprised to see all the sediment, rust, and minerals that were removed from within the system. Afterwards, flushed the system a with water until the system was like new. Rids your system of all buildup and odors that often are the result of minerals inside your coils. I will definitely use this product again.

Works perfectly for my Saeco automatic espresso machine. Perfect for 6 to 7 cleanings per pouch.. Price/cleaning cannot be beat in this convenient large pouch. Leaves no funny aftertastes. Only con is that since these are not in individual 1oz retail packages, you need to measure out the 1oz manually. Once opened, I put the rest of the cleaner in a ziplock bag. I ordered a few packages on one order, and one pouch slightly opened up in the shipping package and stuff became sticky and pouch was half empty.. Amazon Customer service was exceptional and addressed the issue immediately, even though I only sent them a comment in order for them to take measures for future shipments to ensure other customers don't experience same issue (ie: put them in an additional back or something).
