Bloccs 100% Waterproof Arm Cast Cover - #CA79-S Child S

I never write reviews but this needs one. My 6yr old boy broke his arm at the start of the school holidays. We really thought we were not going to be able to go on holiday or to the beach but we decided to give this a go as a last resort. It is brilliant and worth every penny. He was in the pool for 1.5hrs, completely under the water, went down the slide multiple times, playing, splashing about and not one drop of water went inside. Super impressed with this and I highly recommend it. It is quite tight (but obviously needs to be) and left a red ring around his arm (they recommend removing it after 45 mins though) but there was no way he was getting out of the pool and the mark soon went away once it was off. He is 6 but in 7yr old clothes and we bought a size small. There is plenty of room in length but it fitted snuggly around his arm to keep his cast dry. Fabulous, thank you for saving our holiday and keeping a little boy happy.

This saved our holiday! Apart from using the slides it enabled her to swim and play with her brother and cousins the whole time, without it our holiday would have been much different. Yes it is totally water proof when put on correctly. Used for 45-60 minutes at a time is totally safe. Make sure to take off and thoroughly dry as it can get sweaty inside after a while. A must have and worth all the money for when those accidents happen at the worst of times..

Daughter (4 years 11 months) broke her arm a week before a UK summer holiday. Reviews were mixed but I thought it was worth a try in order to enjoy swimming pools and beach days. So so glad I did. Really easy to put on. You just fold it back on itself half way. Stretch it open, Ram her arm in and then fold it back. She had it on and off 3 times a day for 1 hour durations in a UK heatwave and no issues at all. No rubbing or moisture no leaking and no discomfort. We did an hour in the sea and playing in sand. Took it off for snacks and ice cream for 40 minutes. Back on again for another hour. We then went back to the caravan park and back on again for swimming in the pool. She was diving under water going on the lazy river (I did put arm bands on due to the weight of the cast). No signs of wear or tear. You take it off like a super tight sock, took about 30 seconds to put on. Size wise I was unsure about small or medium. I went with small which was perfect. Daughter is still just in 4-5 clothes and very average in size for her age but there was still room in the cast cover for another 6 months of growth I think. If you are thinking of buying it just do it and enjoy your holiday!!! Hope this helps. I would recommend to everyone!

My son was so disappointed at the thought of not being able to swim on a trip away after breaking his thumb but this worked perfectly. Not the easiest to get on and feels a bit tight around the arm but was infinitely better than not swimming!

Fantastic product. My son was in the pool all holiday and at the waterpark and it did the job perfectly and kept his cast dry. Saved our holiday! Would highly recommend.

Just brilliant!! This allowed my daughter to enjoy our holiday even with a broken arm. It was easy to put on a take off just by stretching the top out rather than rolling down as the instructions stated. Completely watertight and could be used multiple times a day for swimming, playing at the beach and showering. Used for 5 days on holiday and 3 days when we came back with no problems. Would 100% recommend. Size M was perfect for 6 almost 7 year olds upper arm. The length was a bit long but no issue.

Our 4 year old broke his arm the week before we came to Tenerife.. I was dreading the idea of coming and potentially having to keep him away from the pools.. I came on Amazon to look at the waterproof cast covers and I was also recommended the Limbo one that the NHS recommend. I decided to get one of each to be on the safe side so we had 2.. the Limbo one I wouldn’t have trusted in the pools and down the slides as it seemed loose/easy to pull down (however it was okay for a shower) but the Bloccs one was amazing! It’s similar material to a balloon, it’s thick material and tight and did not let a drop of water in. My son has been jumping in the pool, going down slides etc it’s been perfect and allowed us to enjoy the holiday without worry. One thing I would recommend is to keep taking it off every now and then (we put our son on a timer, pool for 1h then “rest arm for 30 min-1h” because it can sweat and leave a little bit of condensation inside).. it’s also a bit tricky to get on the first few times but you get used to it… but in the whole it’s been fab. Highly recommended Bloccs!

I found this product to be superb. My son (3) fractured his elbow 5 days before our summer holiday and had a full arm cast put on which he had to keep dry. This product kept his cast completely dry and meant he could fully enjoy the pool and other water based activities. He was able to jump in the pool and use the resort slides and it still worked perfectly. Initially he found it tight but after stretching and use he had no complaints when wearing it. He was able to fully enjoy his holiday and was not held back due to this fantastic cover.

Es como un globo gigante, de muy buena calidad, muy resistente, útil y sencillo de usar, mejor que las bolsas de plástico para cubrí un vendaje. No pasa nada de agua, es el mejor!

This cast cover is a lifesaver! A nurse recommended it after my daughter broke her arm at the beginning of summer several years ago. This is the 2nd one we've purchased (our kids outgrew the first one we bought). Shower/bathe, swim, etc with no concerns for getting the cast wet. Ordered and delivered same day! I will say getting it on is a 2-person job - think stretching a balloon. Overall though amazing product. I've told many other parents about this product as well!

Echt een super zak onze dochter heeft nu 2 weken lang elke dag ermee volop gezwommen in de zee en zwembad en is geen druppel water in gekomen! Ik raad dit iedereen aan..
