It’s a double sided liner. One side is a regular felt tip liquid pen and the other side is a stamp. I think your talking about the winged stamp, it’s like a lil triangle ans you stamp at end of your eye to make look like winged liner you’ll havta clean it up a bit but worth it definitely give the ‘cat eyed’ makeup look thinking going for if that makes any sense

What product do I use to remove these liners?

micellar water works great for removal!

As long as the liquid inside it lasts, just keep it in normal temperature, and use it normally, they last pretty long.

Son muy chulos! Pigmentan bien, el sello se marca bien y son bastante fijos, si frotas no se van, no se el tiempo que aguantarán pero por el precio los seis, me parece lo bastante aceptables.
