Small size if you're one to bring your pillow with you while travelling.The Bad: Its the size of a travel pillow and has no other size options. Looks ridiculous on a king size bed.The Ugly: The narrow side is too narrow, may as well not have a pillow. The wide side, the roll is too large to fit my neck (I'm only 5"2"). Tried this pillow for about a month now, and it has caused more neck issues than my old completely worn down memory foam pillow. So the money you save buying this pillow, you will spend on chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy sessions to work out the trigger points. Heck, my cat that usually sleeps on my pillow when I'm not in bed won't even sleep on it. This wasn't the case for me. I used the pillow for about a week, and my back pain got worse, to the point where I could not sleep at night with this. It's also much firmer than I expected and does not give as much as I thought it would. I don't feel comfortable while sleeping with this pillow; it's like a rock. The two curves are at a weird height for me; one is too low, and the other too high. It's also ridiculously small and looks strange in a pillow case. This might work for some people, but it's been a fail for me. At first I wasn't sure because the first night I used it didn't see much of a different and it's smaller than a regular pillow and I tend to sleep with one arm under my pillow and that didn't work so well with this one. Then I got another pillow I had that was softer and it tended to go flat and I put it under the memory foam pillow....that seems to work because I can put my arm under the regular pillow and it also gives the memory foam pillow more height, which I felt was needed for me.
