After 4 time used it is cracked from inside
Don't buy this.i used for 4 times for now and the kettle is broken from inside. See there are 2 crack from inside and now it is not use. So don't waste money thinking of Glen brand

If you want, you can buy it, it is good, it just has heating problem, everything else is fine.
I heated milk in it and it cracked due to heating.I bought it with a lot of trust but it does its job well, it just has a slight crack due to the heating, otherwise it is a very good product.

Steamer box could be bigger
Works well. I steam vegetables and chicken together. It takes 25-30 mins first on high for 15-20 mins then low for rest.. the steaming box is small at this price. It will be sufficient for one for a moderate meal

Worst product and worst Amazon services.
Received damaged product requested for replacement and it's been more that 5 days no one came to pick. I can't see any movement in status, it says return pickup is scheduled on 12th August, today is 14th. Getting lot of disappointment from Amazon. It's time to move to some other marketplace.
