This was recommended by our family physician to help my friend clear up the discoloration in his shins. He is 88 years old with very thin skin. His legs are always dry as we live in the desert, This has definitely provided skin protection, I could see that his skin irritation is not nearly as bad as it used to be in the texture is definitely not as bad as “ rough”.
