Great fit
2002 wrangler. Super easy to install and was a perfect fit. Was just about giddy as I finished the install with how quick it installed. Word of advice, be careful with the springs and small bits, if you have clumsy fingers. I did launch a spring into the floorboard and had to send a search party to locate it. The instructions were a little confusing, but fortunately having a male brain, I opted to not use them as usual. Still succeeded.

Good replacement for OEM on 2005 Jeep Wrangler LJ Unlimited
Installation was easy thanks to YouTubers and I had previous experience with other vehicles needing this same part. Works as expected but we'll have to see about durability. It's still a plastic pin standing between you and starting your vehicle. Why MOPAR....why?!? LOL. It's a good value and probably worth having a spare in your Jeep parts bin for the trail.

Fixed My Problem
This fixed my problem. I had installed another venders' product last year and it did not last many starts. So far this is working great.

Ignition Switch Actuator Pin Came With Detailed Installation Instruction and Photos!
The Dorman 924-704 Ignition Switch Actuator Pin is absolutely necessary if your original Ignition Actuator fails - The starter actuator pin is one part of your vehicles security system. Keeping the starter from working during an attempted theft. However, should the OEM part fail, your vehicle starter will be disabled. It's a bit tricky of an install, but if you follow the instruction and photos they are kind enough to include you shouldn't have any problem. I would recommend that you replace the OEM Ignition Switch at the same time. The OEM Ignition Switch probably has the same service life as the failed Actuator Pin you are replacing. It worked for me!!

Pretty Good Replacement Part for OEM Ignition Actuator
Part turned up in good time from US to Australia - I paid the premium for express postage. The part looked fairly identical to the OEM part the broke and had to be replaced. Only thing I notice now is I no longer have to depress the button on the steering column to remove the ignition key when in the off position - the key just comes straight out without pressing the release button. The key remains locked within the ignition in all other positions so I am fine with that. Not sure if it was something I did wrong during installation or it was an intended modification.
