This is a great piece, It mounted easily and it's rock solid against the wall. The finish is clean and professional looking. My family love it and it stands up to the weight of several heavy jackets and doesn't even argue or flex at all.

One of the hooks fell off shortly after buying and after a year, only one or two were still on. I hung towels on it so nothing super heavy.

I needed something to put by the door for dog leashes, collars, and pooh bag dispenser. It's perfect for that. Yes, it does require "assembly", but gee whiz, that took all of 5 minutes. Five hooks, 5 screws and you're finished. No instructions but if you can't figure out something like this, then you probably shouldn't be tackling the project, especially fastening it to the wall. Get someone to do it for you who knows what they're doing. To all of those that complained about the screws and anchors being inadequate, they're ALWAYS inadequate in products that fasten to a wall. First off, the manufacturer doesn't know what you'll be mounting it to, studs, plywood, drywall, stucco, brick, cultured marble, etc. so they are not going to provide hardware for every option. Even in the rare event that it is the proper type of hardware for your particular application, the hardware is going to be junk. Put $2 in your pocket, take the rack with you to the hardware store and get proper, decent hardware. If it comes off the wall because you used improper hardware, or you mounted it to the wall and it's crooked, that isn't an indication of poor quality. Buy a level and use the proper hardware. The reason for my 4 star review is the hooks. They are rather skinny at the 90° bend. They're fine for keys, leashes, jackets, and probably light coats but I could easily see heavy coats breaking them due to the leverage taking place when a coat is hung at the end of the hook. Something with straps such as purses of a reasonable weight would probably be okay because the strap would be close to the 90° bend so there would be little leverage. For my intended purpose, it's a good buy so I'm happy with it.

I ordered two of these. One smaller. They look really nice and are very sturdy. Used to hold three coats and three heavy backpacks.

Came on time and easy to assemble. I was afraid it wouldn't hold much on my flimsy wall but it holds up my roommate's coats, my scarves and my dog leashes! discrete and perfect for a small or minimalist entryway.

It is the perfect size for the back of a bathroom door. High quality. Great for our needs.

Product is ok. It's cute and I love the shape of the hooks. But the hooks are quite small, too small for coats or towels, and the screws don't have covers they usually come with. I cant use it for what I bought it for.
