These note cards are very classy. Any Austen fan would love them as a gift or love to receive a message in them. The envelopes have a very delicate floral design on them and are made from a heavy stock paper. Very nice quality.

同じPOTTER STYLE社から2007年に出たバージョンも持っているのですが、 この2010年版はそちらとは絵柄等がかなり異なりますので（裏のクレジットを見ますと デザイナーさんが違う様です）、もし何かこだわりがおありの場合はご注意ください。 目立った相違点を幾つか挙げてみました。 ※サイズ・紙質・枚数（カード4種×4枚・計16枚、封筒17枚）全て同じで、 どちらもPrinted in Chinaです。印刷や箱の造りもどちらも同じくらい綺麗です。 2007年版：よりこの時代のモードカタログっぽく、古典的で典雅な雰囲気の絵柄。 ボックスに 特にタイトルは無く、3つの作品と書簡からの引用句が添付。 封筒の色は薄いグリーン（コテージとお庭、木々のアップ。コテージがほぼ全面に来ているのでお庭はほとんど見えない）。 カードの中は濃いめのアイボリーの様な色の無地。 2010年版：2007年版の堅さの様な物が取れて、より現代風な絵柄。男性の描写はこちらのほうがより自然。 タイトルに「PRIDE AND PREJUDICE」とあり、自負と偏見からの4つの引用句が添付。 封筒の色は薄いオレンジ（柄は2007年版とほとんど同じだが、かなり引いたアングルなのでお庭がよく判る）。 カードの中は白の無地。 個人的には絵柄は2007年版が、封筒は2010年版が好きですが、好みは人それぞれですね。 両方揃えて色々組み合わせてみるのも楽しいかと思います。 とにかく箱がしっかりしていてデザインも美しいですし、側面に印刷された彼女のよく知られた肖像画も素敵です。 側面と言えば、どちらの版にも作品の舞台や縁の地っぽい風景画やコテージの絵が印刷されており、 こちらもまたそれぞれ本体のカードの絵柄を踏襲した雰囲気になっていて、見比べるのも面白いです。 引用句を記しておきますね。ご参考までに。（大文字小文字等そのまま写しました。） ◆A LADY'S imagination is very rapid; it jumps from admiration to love, from love to matrimony, in a moment. ◆YOU must allow me to tell you how ardently I admire and love you. ◆A PERSON who can write a long letter with ease, cannot write ill. ◆HAPPINESS in marriage is entirely a matter of chance. CHRONICLE BOOKS社から出ている同じくオースティンの類似製品は 引用句とそれを発した人物の選択にかなりクセがあったのですが、 このPOTTER STYLE社のものはかなり正統的に思いました。 （C社のものも味があると言えばそうなのですが。）
