My friend from Germany told me about this. I need to add calcium and this is so much easier than swallowing tablets. If you are trying to eliminate soda, the fizz is an added bonus. It tastes nice and citrus without being too sweet. The only downside is it has aspartame.

Aspartame and Sucralose, a big NO thank you... Research the risks of those two ingredients before you buy this.

Man kann sich bei Calcium schnell überdosieren. Es werden im Handel oft zuviel mg angeboten, was dem Knochen nicht gut tut. Für mich optimale 300 mg pro Tag. Ich nehme sie manchmal auch nur alle 2 Tage was durchaus auch ausreicht. Ich sage vielen Dank!!!! Alles wunderbar. Weiter so. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Expiry date ends in 04/2025 so only has a shelf life of 4 months.Tastes good,but because of the the short expiry date I do not recommend it.Better to buy in the store where you can check the date on the packaging.

Inhaltsstoffe gefielen mir nicht

Die Calciumbrause mit Vitamin C schmeckt gut und sprudelt auch. Ob die Restbestände am Trinkbehälterboden gerade das wichtige Calcium ist und wieviel mir dadurch entgeht??? Trotzdem empfehle ich das wohlschmeckende Getränk.

Der Geschmack ist besser las Orange... für mich zumindest ...
