Was really excited to purchase this after reading who invested into it, and the reviewsVery disappointed with the results. I had headaches and twitching in my chest. After consulting a dietician they advised there was lots of caffeine in these and to stop taking them immediately. I was combining these with PT /regular gym routine. No weight loss noticed.
