Good Value. I really didn't want to get this style strap but after going through a few others searching for comfort and function, this was the only one that worked and has been reliable. Now 10 months in on using it and still going. It can be a bit uncomfortable and warm, but it gets the job done. It does have a few issues. First, as others have said, the small straps that go around the front and back of the head are too short. And they have no stretch, which they really need. Hint - set the straps and leave them. Also, the velcro is strong enough to damage the strap if removing them often.

OK... One week in wearing this chin strap. Great product. This is my 3rd chin strap in the last 6 months. This is, by far, the best. It pulls up on the chin. The other starps upwards, but mostly backwards. Backwards is the last thing that you want for a CPAP. Pulling the lower jaw backwards, closes off the airway. Quality is good. Good Velcro. Good elasticity. I'll try to come back in a few months and rate the durability.

It's ok and does keep my mouth closed. However, it needs to be pretty tight to accomplish that, which gets uncomfortable after several hours. Believe the reviews about the material feeling scratchy. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal, but it's pretty uncomfortable, especially with a shaved head. I tried it a few nights and went back to mouth tape.
