Okay so… I bought these scent-infused grounding stones because my brain loves to throw surprise anxiety parties and I needed something to keep my hands busy besides doom-scrolling or peeling off my nail polish like a raccoon with a vendetta.Here’s the tea 🍵👇🪨 First Impressions:They’ve got weight—like emotionally grounded but make it literal. Not too heavy, not too light. Just enough heft that when you pick one up, your brain goes “yes, we are holding a THING and now we are slightly less unmoored.”🌬️ The Scent Situation:Mixed reviews online had me nervous—some folks were like “smells divine,” others said “smells like regret and artificial sadness.” Personally? I think it’s actually really nice. Gentle. Woodsy in a mixed candle type of way not a single this is a pine tree way. Not overpowering at all. I’m also planning to add my own essential oils (lavender + sandalwood = forest witch energy) so I can fully customize the vibe.🔁 The Spin Stones:The figure-eight groove one is a little funky if you try to go full NASCAR on it in both directions. It can catch slightly. But if you just spin it in a circle? Much smoother. Great for passive comfort.The stone with tiny rollers? Instant fave. Tactile heaven. Just… soothing. I could probably roll this thing while dealing with a customer meltdown and still maintain inner peace.🧠 How I Use Them:When I’m bored but trying to look like I’m engaged in a Zoom meeting? Figure eight track.When I’m anxious in public but pretending I’m totally fine? Roller stone.When I’m trying to vibe alone and meditate but keep thinking about that one email I forgot to send in 2021? Might need both.👀 The Verdict:If your nervous system also likes a fidgety distraction that smells like a soft hug and fits in your pocket, give these a try. They’re solid, well made, and they genuinely help me re-center when my focus is doing parkour in my skull.10/10 would buy again. Might already be eyeing the other styles.

I almost never leave reviews, but this product is phenomenal. I am diagnosed autistic and utilize a lot of different tools for stimming to maintain regulation. Someone put a lot of thought into the creation of these. The rolling ball bearings are perfect, the open and shut feature with a stone for essential oils lies amazingly, it is exactly the right amount of scent and weight in my palm. The grooves and nubs on the opposite side of excellent spacing, smoothness and texture. I would legitimately recommend this to anyone who needs to fidget or stim. It is made of quality materials, well constructed and durable.It instantly has become my new favorite out of dozens and dozens of options. At first, I thought it was a bit expensive, but it is entirely worth it.

Love the one with the balls on it, it helps me so much when I need to fidget and the scent it came with is perfect. Originally I was worried that I wouldn't like the scent, but it turned out to be a new favorite combination of oils for me. The figure eight fidget is uncomfortable for me to use so I may just gift that one, but otherwise imo it was so worth it price wise to get, and I'm curious to try the others sometime. I will for sure will be carrying it on me all the time.

this product is amazing for anybody who has ptsd . i am diagnosed with c - ptsd and this product helps me so much . its great to be able to hold the grounding stone in your hand , fidget with it , and most of all to be able to smell the essential oil ! essential oil is something i typically use to keep myself grounded when i’m triggered and dissociating and it helps me stay in the present moment ( along with using other grounding skills ) . this is a great tool for ptsd and i’m sure would be great for other things such as anxiety ! if i could rate more than 5 stars i would ! i see no downside to the product , i have bought 3 packs of these grounding stones and they all do the advertised purpose , function great and i’ve never had one break or anything like that . i bought a new pack cause i keep losing mine ( not the fault of the product ! i just struggle with dissociative amnesia and it’s hard for me to remember things . )

The media could not be loaded. I really like the stones! They look nice and don’t make any sound when you use the fidgets. However, the essential oil bottle was delivered completely empty.

Lovely scent. Just as pictured. Very cool looking. Great for older kids who benefit from sensory input for calming.

The included oil is not essential oil. It's more similar to the oil in a Febreeze plug in. Very artificial and unpleasant. My family described the odor as "nail polish remover with air freshener in it". I never put it in the stone and just have been using it without scent since I received it 2 days ago.Well...the bearings (roller ball things) on the tactile stone already have a foul nickel type of metal odor! Lanyards are hard to attach and one slipped off the little interior hook during normal use. I've been using it with clean hands and haven't gotten it wet other than any natural sweat/hand oils- really no excuse for it to stink and fall apart. The design is a good idea- fits well in my hand and is pretty. I like the texture where my fingertips fall on the backside. But the quality isn't there on the oil and small details like lanyard and bearings.

What a great idea! Calms you when you are anxious or if you just need a quick mental break to refresh from work. Perfect convenient size. The oil spray application is genius. Can't wait for more scents to be available.
