Good for beginners to start i feel
I'm a beginner to this night guard thing, but frankly it was super uncomfortable & had to remove it in 1 hour within sleep. It was hard but i think it was because i need to 1 dip in warm water b4 wearing it. I might probably get used it. The product was extremely clean & perfectly hygienic & feels worth the money spent. The quality is good too. I think beginners can try this as this is not a heavy investment in the beginning b4 moving to costlier designs.

Suggestion
The product is effective but while using, I could sense that my toothโs pain a lot and removed after just 30mins and I found out it was the correctional process but itโs not bearable so I request to the seller to provide some pain resistant medicine with the product like a spray or ointment so I could leave it overnight.
