Simple Perfect Product
I am shocked how much I appreciate this silly product. One of the MOST helpful items I ever bought. It’s so simple you think you dint need but after my hip replacement surgery last week, I cannot live without it. Yes, my husband can simply grab my hands and pull me up BUT I don’t go up super straight and right to a standing position. I go upA little sloppy and crooked (I’m thin by the way). This definitely does. SO EASY, so simple, so perfect, so helpful. Thank you to seller but mainly designer. Love!!!!!!

Only an assist, not a full lift mirical
This is a good idea, but don't expect to lift a 200lb person out of a chair. For this to work you need the person being lifted to have decent leg strength and the lifter to have good strength and stability. Make no mistake this is only an "assist". This is 60/40 at best; where 60% of the lift comes from the person needing to stand up.

Who knew?
I don’t know who came up with this simple idea but it works! You grip and use your weight to pull the person up! Simple and effective!
