A must-have for pizza oven owners
Getting a proper crust and balanced cook in a wood fired oven requires a close eye on temps. You cannot rely on the built in thermometer. Too hot and the crust is toast, too cold and it is gummy. This is made specifically to help inform you when the oven is at the proper temp. I have had very consistent results since I got the thermometer.

The laser helps a lot in aiming the beam. Delivers quick results nearly instantly. It’s too early for me to tell if it’s accurate, but works very well with the Ooni oven.

Overpriced
So…..if you buy this - you are paying for the Ooni name to be branded on the gun. My wife started using this as a toy for our dog - which I didn’t want her to do. She liked the laser dot because it was bigger than most laser pointers. I bought another one - no name brand for 13.99 and if works exactly like the Ooni. No difference. I got suckered. Save your money and get the generic brand for a fraction of the price
