I take one about an hour before bed, but , I do sometimes need to take another if I my brain won't stop working, and I doze off eventually and manage a lovely long sleep.They are herbal as well, so no nasty ingredients.

I've been using Kalms for a while now to help me sleep and I've only been able to find the boxes of 14 tablets up until now. I stumbled across these by accident and so pleased that I did as the larger boxes have saved me money! I take one tablet 20-30 minutes before bed, with a small glass of water or milk and usually manage to fall asleep within a few minutes.
