I have to say it was ease itself to install, the overall quality of the seat and the fitting are of the highest quality. Very impressed. ✅

Excellent value for the price, it was easy to fit and was a perfect replacement for the broken toilet seat originally fitted with our bathroom. If I was to give any criticism to set expectations of others, the lid is a softer plastic than the original, so does "bend" when you sit on it - not in a bad way, but it feels less sturdy. However we've had it in place for a year now and it's still going strong.

The soft closure works well and the build quality is great. It's easy to fit and adjust and once in position doesn't slip. Other than that, I don't know what to say. It's white, you sit on it and the lid closes. It functions as it should.

At £19. 99 you are getting what you pay for. It is flimsy, but it was easy to install. I found it wobbly even though I had tightened the fixings to the loo very well so it was the actual toilet seat that was loose and I couldn't do anything about that. It takes a long time to close as it's so light. I was willing to live with all this until I noticed rust spots appearing on the metal covers for the fixings. So it was a big no from me and I am now returning it and will be buying something a little more expensive and with a better star rating!

Very easy to fit and is adjustable.

Good toilet lid at a good price. Lost a star as there was a big black mark on it. Most of it came off but some wouldn't.

Fits well, does the job it's meant to, and the soft close is nice and smooth. Only issue is that the metal caps that clip onto the mounts were dented during transport due to the way they are packed (in the bag with the screws etc). It's not too bad, but they are easily visible when the lid is closed. It works perfectly fine otherwise.
