TL;DR; Stable mobile base; strong bench base; good optics; no dust coverI got this for light and magnification on workstations I can’t permanently place a mag light. I work on a wide variety of machining, woodworking, and jewellery projects.The mobile base goes together fairly easily and is broad enough to support the light head at nearly any extension level. The colour feature of the light is handy as I find certain colour temperatures improve contrast for my aging eyes. I selected the 5x magnification version as I’ve found for my bench work and machine work 3x seemed fine and 10x gave me too poor depth of field.There are two things I don’t care for. One is the power supply is a wall wart. I’d have preferred a USB connection or 120v NA plug either of which would be more convenient. The lens does not have a dust cover. In most environments dust covers on magnification devices saves a lot of cleaning and subsequent damage to lenses.Overall I can’t fault the product much. 4.5 stars. It’s a good option for flexible mounting if needed.

The lighting is very good. I wish the base pivoted. The arm extends, the lamp pivots one direction, but the arm does not pivot. May become an inconvenience later one.

The color adjustments is a plus for tired eyes, especially when switching between a monitor screen to assembling tiny electronics through the magnifying glass or just reading the fine print on instruction manuals.The controls are at the base of the magnifying glass; brightness up, color adjustment, brightness down and ON/OFF.It comes with a AC power plug and two stands. The lamp can be attached to a clap style fixture; useful when there is no table top space. I personally don’t like the clap, because it can shift or become loose when adjusting the angle of the lamp. It also comes with a 5 legged mobile stand on wheels. Each wheeled leg is about 12 inches which makes the diameter about 24 inches. The height of each leg is 3.5 inches - a little too tall to slide under most furnitures.The overall height of the lamp on its wheel base is 53.5 inches (with the magnifying glass positioned parallel to the floor; 29 inches when using the desk clamp.The maximum outward extension for the arm is 33 inches before tipping over.It’s a good mobile lamp for when you’re sitting on the couch or at a high drafting table where hands free magnification is required.

I got this magnifying floor lamp for a friend that just graduated beauty school.This has helped her buisness thrive. It has helped her do a wonderful job on her clients.It allows her to do facial without straining her eyes. She used to get dizzy after long hours at work and now she can clock out without being fatigued.The set up took about 10 minutes or so and the lighting is great.She used it for the first time to perm my eyelashes.There are 5 color temperatures to choose from which she loves.Thank you for helping her buisness flourish.

My new lamp just arrived...and after using it for 15 minutes, I am very satisfied with my purchase....however I have had others that were a LOT brighter and easier to use. This new one, is alot bigger in the magnifying area of the lens and that was the selling point for me. I am not happy with the 5 different colors of the light, I think that has a lot to do with the brightness level......I would still recommend this, but would tell others to do their research.4 stars

This thing gets a 10/10 for aesthetics. It looks amazing. Like your office is a science laboratory or something. I love it. The magnifier works perfectly, super clear and well-lit. The light has several different light temperature modes and is dimmable with up and down dimmer buttons. I can only give it a 5 or 6/10, at best, for sturdiness though. This is despite the bottom, which, while taking up considerable floor space, (and issue in and of itself,) they neglected to properly secure the weak point. The weak spot is where the top piece, with the lamp arms, meets the vertical pole attached to the wheeled base. You just insert a piece of small, thin metal tubing into a slightly larger hole, and there are co-aligning holes for a screw to tighten them both together. The problem is that the metal is too thin, it bends worryingly with even light pressure and it could easily be broken with not much more force than you may accidentally put on it with regular use. It's a virtual guarantee that this WILL break at some point at that spot. It's a shame, because I do really like this light a whole lot. The tabletop clamp method, if you don't want to use to floor stand (probably because of the already mentioned huge footprint) the exact same problem will arise, for the same reason. I will be looking into a way to reinforce this, but if I can't, this will be a one year product, best case scenario.

A handy portable magnifying glass that can be on wheels or clamped on a desk. The image is clear and 500 times larger. The wheels make it easy to reposition and make this a helpful tool in several areas of my home. I didn't think I would use the led light much, but it has been so helpful in finding fine details in my crafts. There are 5 different light levels that are easy to access from the top of the lamp. If you are on the fence about this lamp, just know you have 36 months to try it out.

I use this for sewing needlepoint, etc. Glad I ordered it!

Love the variety of light effects and magnify strength. The only part not well put together is the pole going into the base of the stand. Wobbles and will fall out at times.

Pour voir mieux ,car mes lunettes me suffisent plus,pour la clarté,et l effet grossissement,j en suis très heureuse ,car je tricote et crochète beaucoup.Merciiiiii pour la livraison rapide .
