Extract of Barley Straw is a barley straw concertrate, providing a eco-friendly and non-toxic for algae and blanket weed in fish ponds. This Extract of Barley Straw (EBS) from Eco Pond is faster acting than conventional barley straw and is suitable for use in all types of pond. Dosage instructions: For ponds with an exsisting algae or blanket weed problem add an initial 125ml per 4500 litres(1000 gallons) directly in to the pond water. Add a maintenance dose of 20ml per week during the spring and summer To dose as a preventitive, add 20ml per 4500 litres(1000 gallons) in to the pond weekly throughout the spring and summer Tip: During warmer weather it is advisable to increase the frequency of dosing to maintance optimum results.
