Nice variety of wood plug cutters
Very nice set of wood plug cutters. We have yet to use them to see how well they work. I will update the review once we have actually used them.

Cheep, but I got what I paid for
These were listed as 1/4", 3/8",1/2" but they were metric, close but not exact. I needed a plug to repair a hole in a oak floor. I made 2 plugs of different sizes and they worked. There was some smoke but the plugs were not burnt and worked as I had hoped. They were packed all together in a plastic bag but they did not appear to be damaged.I got what I expected, a couple of cheep plugs. I would not buy these if I needed a lot of plugs.

They do the job efficiently.
I liked that they worked right away. I tried taking 6 pallets apart by cutting around the nail head so the planks would just come out. They did just that but the bits became dull less than halfway through. A couple of the bits with teeth broke apart. They were quickly replaced by the company. Excellent customer service there. For the money it was a good value but I do want to take more pallets apart in the future and I don't think these will last long just like the first set I had. If you don't have a continuing need for these this set is fantastic. I have not found any other set that I feel I would say are a long term purchase.

Worked better and longer than I expected
I've only used two of the provided sizes but I've cut around 30 plugs combined out of Oak, Maple, Mahogany and Alder very successfully - to lengths between 1/4" and 3/8". I was not expecting these to last more than a few cuts before dulling enough to make them worthless, but I experienced no burning or stalling. I did use a drill press and ran them at ~500rpm. I did have to buy a 10mm bit to use the plugs from the 10mm cutter, but a 15/64" bit worked for the 6mm cutter perfectly.I don't need to cut plugs very often, so I don't know if these would hold up to constant use, but for my infrequent use case and the price, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Total garbage. Not accurate. Bad manufacturing tolerances, and poor machining.
All the measurements are way off. It looks like this potentially originated as a metric part that just had freedom units laser etched onto them and they called it a day. Horrible quality, burrs all over the ends that have to be filed off. Look elsewhere… this is an automatic return for me.

Good price
Great for the price. I made an effort to contact the manufacturer with no success. I’m disappointed in the way it came from the manufacturer. They came loose in a box. At least they should have put some foam in the box. They’re are a couple with nicks. Not a big deal for me, but could be for someone else. Be aware of possible damage. I could return them but the next might be the same way.

Works great!
I have no idea why the negative reviews! It’s most likely user error. I chucked up the 6mm cutter and slowed the drill press as slow as it can go (600 rpm) and went to town. The project I was working on required the plugs to be end grain and I cut a few hundred plugs with no problem. Heat is the enemy slow it down!

Works good , not much else you can say about a plug cutter
The joy filled moment when you actually get the plug out . This set is good . Added a layer of fun cutting a bunch because I could . Will it get used often , not likely so it should last a life time . Unless a kid gets a hold of it and decided to make a mess of every surface they can fins

Worked on Trex – Wouldn’t Trust It with Jarrah
I was building a set of steps for my spa using some leftover Trex decking and needed something to hide the ugly screw heads. These did the trick — but only just.Luckily, the decking material is soft because I reckon these wouldn't cope well in hardwood. They came in a plastic bag and had loads of burrs on them. Not sure if that’s a manufacturing issue or just dodgy packing, but either way I had to file every one before use.You get what you pay for. If you’re in a pinch and working with soft materials, they’ll do the job. But if you try these in hardwood, you’ll be making smoke and swearing in no time.

Price is right
Perfect for Dowell's and holes

Burned the wood
The tapered bits significantly burned the white oak stock from which plugs were being cut. The non tapered were better, so did not return, as the price was reasonable, however I would not recommend purchasing these.

Work Great
I understand now why people are complaining about these bits. You will NOT be able to use these with a hand drill without the steadiest of hands. A drill press combined with the bits make an AMAZING pair.Work like a dream. Exactly as advertised. I used them to pull out dozens of old rusted nails from a fifty year old plus wooden table which had been left outside for at least that long.
