I used this locking bag for medicine while I was on an extended trip. It was a daily challenge to zip & unzip. I could not see anything that would hang the flow of the zipper. I would like to exchange it for another bag however the window of return has closed. Update: Seller reached out promptly and sent a new bag! Great customer service! 😊
