The price they're charging in India is reasonable because shipping internationally would cost a lot more than this. Product came well packaged and sealed, and includes US / EU / Indian plugs in the box. Everything works fine, and because it's only 5V3A, you can even use a standard smartphone charger / adaptor to run it. By default, it runs on a fork of OpenWRT. It also natively supports OpenWRT and has a lot of storage (256MB) so you can install anything you want. Even the stock firmware is really good. All in all, go for it if you can, otherwise the TP-Link TL-WR1502X is another (more basic) option available as of now.
