I suffer from constant ear wax accumulation and decided to give this product a try after reading positive reviews. The whole unboxing experience was very pleased. The box comes with many accessories, a storage bag, charging cable, multiple ear nozzles, extender to connect to bigger water container.Instructions were clear and device comes pre-charged and ready to use. It took me few minutes to set it up and use it cleaning both of my ears seeing big pieces coming out of both ears.I'm happy so far. The device looks modern and sturdy. Overall good quality.

We tried a lot of other ear wax removal devices to no avail...this one did the trick on the 1st use. Ear wax free!

ordered one of this and received it very promptly. Unfortunately, upon charging it fully, it would not turn on. So, I submitted a return and was sent a new unit the following day. Unfortunately, it didn't work either. But customer service was tremendous.Update: After starting return on second unit, I discovered that if I held the start button in long enough, the blue power light would come on and then if clicked again would cause the unit to start. I will keep for a few days to see of it continues to works

Holy crap, this machine packs some power. Very sturdy feeling. Folds up super compact. Works well. Feels super sturdy and sleek. Nice upgrade from my old plastic one.

I purchased this for my teenage son who has struggled with ear wax build up for years. His Dr. said his frequent use of ear buds could be a contributing factor however this little tool has kept us away from the E.N.T. doctor! It's easy to use and definitely removes the ear wax. It has 4 adjustable modes so you can set to whichever one you're most comfortable with and it's water proof so it can be used while showering! So glad I found this for my son.

This product saved my ears! I was so tired of using cotton swabs to clean my ears knowing they are horrible for your ears. I un-packed, cleaned my ears, and cleaned the product in under 7 minutes! The water has many settings and does not have a powerful enough setting to hurt your ears. It can be used for a variety of ages due to the settings and the power that the tool gives to the "cleaner". 5 stars for sure would recommend for anyone. Ears feel AMAZING!!

I have tried countless products from scrapers and Q-tips to solutions and peroxide, but this is a great tool. My ears washed clean the first try. I used to have to sit for 10 min at a time, waiting for solutions to dissolve, only to find I’d have to do it four or five more times. Now, a quick wash with this and I can hear more clearly the first try! Great product.

I was terrified of having water in my ear to flush out my blockage.I bought this and prayed not to go deaf.I was astonished as how painless but scary nonetheless, like I said I was afraid of the water going in my ear.It took about 3runs but I was blown away with how loud and clear the sound around me were.Definitely buy this if you use earbuds or have excessive ear wax buildup.

Je n'étais pas certain de ce produit mais je l'ai essayé et beaucoup de stock est sortie de mes oreilles. Le systeme est simple a utiliser et ne m'a procuré aucune douleur.Suffit de brancher le tout, ajouter de l'eau chaude/tiède. On asperge le tout dans l'oreille et le tour et joué.Je recommande, quel bonheur!

My grandson always had built up wax in his ears. Always a problem and finding the right product was difficult. He used it to clean his ears and he said it is awesome. He took it home with him and he says he is going to use it once a week. He thanked me so much. So I guess this product is great for removing ear wax and causing you to feel no wax build up.

I have bacteria infection in the right ear canal before. It is often itchy inside. I bought this and clear my ear canal. But remember make it dry after use.
