Can i use this if i also have in an indoor cat?

I have inside cats and it seems to slow them down somewhat - but my 12 year old 110 lb dog can actually get through horrible thunderstorms without too much anxiety - I also use the Thunder Jacket on her which helps as long as I put it on her a couple of hours prior to the storms. The pop-up storms we have had in Kansas sometimes come too quickly to get the jacket on, but the pheromone is plugged in 24/7 and lasts usually at least a month to 6 weeks
