it is what it is a inexpensive projector. a fair review would have to include some kind of comparison and i only own this one. that being said i have seen my friends more expensive brands and based on price and performance this competes very nicely. the picture is good and clear depending on what surface you project on. not to noisy. it has speakers but you will want to add external speakers. the focus ring is a little inexact . a test pattern for focusing would have been a good idea. but you can download one to a thumb drive and do it yourself. i haven't used all the features yet but the android operating system does not work well. i was unable to update any apps. my netflix and hulu and amazon would not work using the preloaded apps. i have a fire stick i was planning on using so it is not a problem but may be for some. the remote is buggy . i suggest hooking up a mouse, much easier to use. i would probably buy again. it does the job for a lot less than other brands.

I Love it. I have only used it at home thus far because having problems with connecting the WiFi I have to put in a username and password for my wifi connection and that's not working.I love the fact that i can run videos directly form YouTube and flash drive without my computer. I also love the fact that i can connect it to my bluetooth speaker. For the price it's a great device. Have sent the company questions about the connection and i'm waiting to get a response and then i'll comment on their customer service. I was impressed that i got an email with all the necessary links to download the additional software.

This is the first projector I have bought for personal use. I give presentations before small groups. I wanted a portable projector that would handle screen sizes from 30” to 100" diagonal. I wanted a projector that could display a video without a computer. This little machine has it all, including a remote control. So far I have projected a video with sound from a USB memory stick. Plug the stick in before turning on the project using the Android operating system go to the local, select memory open the file and select your video player. Worked great. My version (model 600+D) has the zoom feature. It is a 16-step zoom and I guess the range is about 10%. It is one-way. The unit boots in largest picture size. The zoom makes the image progressively smaller. when the limit is reached it resets to the largest again. Fan is some what noise, but an external set of powered (plug them into the wall outlet) speakers overcomes the fan easily. I have barely explored this machines capabilities. I connected to WIFI and have projected a video from there. Haven't yet used HDMI. You'll have to experiment a little. The Manual is very cryptic. I requested and got a pdf version of the manual so I could print a bigger size manual. Customer service was great. I still need to checkout the slide show (presentations with words and numbers) to see what font size is useable. Probably will not handle fine print. For the price this projector is feature-laden and works for my application. Works indoors under ambient lighting. I recommend this machine.

I purchased the 4200 lumens projector with built-in WiFi. To set up the projector you actually need a keyboard and a mouse or you will have extreme difficulty if not impossible navigating thru the setup. You will also need a gmail account or you will not be able to proceed with any of the apps, as they require updating. To update you have to enter a gmail account, this is to even update the Amazon Prime app. The picture is extremely clear. So far have only been able to connect sound via Bluetooth, currently working with Carol (EUG) to get the sound working on my Samsung soundbar. With B/T there is a lag in sound. The projector itself does have a speaker. I took a star away because1. you need a keyboard for set-up as some of the features will not work with out one. 2 There is an option to add apps, however you can’t actually add apps ie Netflix. You have to contact the company directly for them to send you several links. I will update on sound connection.

We are using it on a 120" screen and are very happy with the picture quality. It definitely works best in the dark but we have 3 huge daylight window in our basement and the picture shows just fine in the middle of the day.Sound out of the projector isn't good but I didn't expect it to be. Definitely recommend a sound bar. I purchased a bluetooth sound bar and sub, hooking it up took less than 2 minutes.The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because problems with the projector main screen loading began a couple days after I hooked it up. I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon and it turns out this is very common and the Android system needs to be updated. They gave me a direct email contact who sent me a file that needed to be uploaded to the projector through one of the USB ports. The whole issue was resolved about 10 hours from my initial Amazon comment and there have been no issues since - very happy with their customer service but this seems like an issue that needs to be solved before the projector is sent out.Highly recommend this projector if you're looking for a starter projector/home theater system on a budget.

The picture is great, set up was easy, and my kids love using their gaming consoles on it. I'm really happy with my purchase. The sound is a little quiet. I will need to purchase speakers for outdoor movie nights but overall I love it!

Not as bright as advertised, perhaps not as HD. no zoom, no horizontal keystone, only vertical. Can't use with my setup because I have a specific throw distance I need to achieve and the lack of zoom hurts. If you do not need zoom, and you need a cheap, bright HD projector, this might be the one for you!

Easy to install, lots of connection choices, clear picture and loud sound, very pleased with purchase so far !

A great video projector. It does an outstanding job and showed up nicely. Have used it for DVDs, and KODI with kids at backyard parties. We were very pleased with it.

This works great. Got it as a gift for my brother and it worked perfectly. Very easy to connect and stream from multiple phones both Samsung and Apple.

popping noise with a roku??? help

The picture is bright, lifelike, precise and well defined. I was able to pair the projector to a bluetooth speaker with no issues.

The sound is low, the miracast app never works, I never could connect my iPhone with the projector....

I use it to watch YouTube videos and PS4 gaming. With a good wireless connection, you will enjoy seamless wireless screen-sharing from you phone. (No Chromecast needed).

Great projector for outdoor movies in the summer. Bright enough to start a movie at twilight, great picture in full dark.
