This grape and cranberry combo was a limited time option, but I’ve heard rumors that it might come back in the fall. I thought the grape alone was excellent, but this crab grape mix is amazing. Whoo! I find that if I drink too much all at once, the flavor suffers a little. Also, it’s a very potent energy drink with more than just caffeine. It’s sugar free but flavor full.

Low calorie alternative to my morning coffee run. It is very effective at giving me that extra body of energy without the jitters. I find that it is a great value when compared to the price I was paying for Starbucks daily. No need to mix with anything as it is perfectly enjoyable as is!

If you're buying these because you love sour candy, especially Warheads, YES—these definitely taste like sour Warheads! I was actually surprised by how much of that sour green apple candy flavor comes through. The first sip has that tart, puckery green apple taste that immediately reminded me of eating Warheads. 😂 It's sweet, sour, and definitely has more bite to it than your typical fruity energy drink. If you don't like sour drinks, this probably isn't going to be your thing. But if you're specifically buying it because you WANT that sour candy flavor, they nailed it. I also like that it's zero sugar while still having a ton of flavor. Sometimes zero-sugar energy drinks have a weird aftertaste that completely ruins them for me, but with such a strong sour apple flavor, I don't really notice that here. These are especially good ice cold. The colder the better! Would I drink five of them in a row? Absolutely not—my tongue would probably file for divorce. 😂 But when I'm in the mood for something sour instead of the usual sweet energy drink, these hit the spot. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely sour. Definitely green apple. Definitely WARHEADS. 🍏😂

The flavor is amazing. I love this brand because it has all of the additional BCAA's in it as well. Other brands are basically shots of B vitamins and caffeine only. Ghost is exactly what I am looking for either pre or post workout. Worth buying these in bulk as some gas stations charge roughly $3-4 per can.

five stars for the product taste, this has to be hands-down the best flavor of any energy drink by any company anywhere. When I say it’s good, it’s insanely good. I will say that it taste more like a cream soda than it does A&W root beer, but the flavor is out of this world. The only problem is shipping, seven of my cans were damaged so I had a contact Amazon about that part, Since it had nothing to do with the product itself.

I got it without trying it cuz I haven’t had a ghost I haven’t liked yet (other than Peach 🤢) I don’t know what I was expecting but from what I remember from the Sour Apple Warheads (it’s been a min since I had one). This tastes pretty much the same. I get all Sour Apple. No Berry. I like it but I prefer the rainbow sour strip for sure. Ghost needs to hurry and bring back the 7up back. That’s my fave by them. The A&W hits too if u like root beer.

I’ve been drinking Energy Drinks for a while now, and the Swedish Fish is one of my favorite energy drinks before the gym. I usually start drinking one about 30 minutes before my workout, and since it takes me a while to finish, I’m normally done with the can by the time I’m halfway through my workout. The flavor is what really stands out. If you like Swedish Fish candy, this tastes surprisingly close to the real thing without being overly sweet. It’s one of the best-tasting energy drinks I’ve tried, and I never get tired of it. The energy boost is great for workouts, helping me stay focused and motivated throughout my training session. The can contains 200 mg of caffeine, which is enough that I usually skip my coffee for the day. I definitely wouldn’t drink one close to bedtime, especially if you’re sensitive to caffeine. For me, the energy lasts around 4 hours. Another reason I keep buying these is the value. Buying them by the case on Amazon is usually cheaper than purchasing individual cans at convenience stores or the gym, and it’s nice having them stocked at home when I need a pre workout boost. Pros: * Authentic Swedish Fish flavor * Zero sugar * Great pre workout energy * 200 mg caffeine provides solid focus * More affordable by the case than buying individual cans * Convenient and ready to drink Cons: * May be too much caffeine for some people * Not ideal later in the day if you have trouble sleeping Answering the Questions: How long does energy last? For me, about 4 hours. How does 200 mg caffeine compare? It’s about the same as 2 cups of coffee and definitely provides a noticeable boost. Energy drinks vs coffee for workouts? I prefer Ghost before workouts because it’s convenient, tastes great, and gives me a reliable energy boost. Best pre workout energy drink? Ghost Swedish Fish is one of my favorites because the flavor is spot on and the energy is consistent without the sugar crash.

GHOST Energy Belongs in the Dunes Absolutely love GHOST Energy. Great flavor, zero sugar, and it’s become my go-to drink for long days in the shop and weekends out in the dunes. I’m such a fan of the brand that I wrapped my custom sand rail in a full GHOST Energy theme. It gets a TON of attention everywhere we take it, especially out in the dunes. I added a couple photos because I figured the GHOST crew might appreciate seeing their brand flying through the sand! Great flavour. Clear label

Was skeptical about this but needed something to kick start my days as I have early morning starts and this doesn't disappoint. Surprisingly great taste and a large can so it'll keep you going for a while.

Love this drink but my entire case wash smashed! Some of cans were building at the top, others were smashed and dented. Absolutely shocked at the condition this arrived in. It’s not a cheap price for 12 cans, so I expect better. Cannot return this item either so I’m stuck with defective cans. Not sure if they’re safe to drink so I won’t risk it. An absolute waste to be honest. Dissatisfied and disappointed ❌❌

Tried cherry (good taste), tropical mango (good taste), apple (good but too sour), and orange (has some bitterness). Good for energy and helps push through complex physical and mental tasks without fogginess but too diluted in ml which makes it hard to finish for full mental health benefits. Would be great if they develop the small non-carbonated shot bottles.
