I do like the products from this company, as they are all natural and don’t have magnesium sterate and bulking agents in their products, just good clean supplements.However, I took one star off as I think their supplements are very over priced.

Worth It
This was recommended to me by an older family member because they found it easy to take. Fortunately I agree they are small and not so thick and easier to swallow and seems to absorb well. I'm hoping through time (as I've only recently started takng it) that I will see the benefits.

One pill is 2500 IU.
Doctor recommended taking 2500 IU vitamins d3 daily but I was taking 3- 1000 IU because that was what was sold. I hear this name brand has less fillers than what I was buying and isn’t very expensive so I’m using it… seems ok
