Nice tipo flour - getting harder to find in the shops now - only thing i would say is the bread made with this doesn't seem to last as long as bread made with the Italian 00 version

Pros: Quality seems decent. More than 6 month shelf life.Cons: Delivered with no extra packaging in cardboard box. One of the packets was slightly broken. Flour all over the box.
