The biggest reason I ever been using this now for probably 3 years is that whey protein upsets my stomach. And pea protein upsets my stomach. This has been the only stuff that I can even take two scoops at a time and have no issues. And for the price I am completely sold on it. Like I mentioned before it's been years of me using this and I do not plan on Switching. Flavors are okay. Definitely not like eating candy. I also use a Magic Bullet or that sort of contraption to blend this up, if not and you tried to just use a Shaker it doesn't really mix as well. But problem solved if you just pop it in a little hand blender

This is the nastiest protein I’ve ever had in my 15+ years of working out. The powder is like dust, it flies everywhere. It also leaves a sticky residue on every surface it touches, including your fingers. It does not mix well with liquids (water/dairy, warm or cold). The flavor tastes like chemicals and chalk. I would avoid this product.

Ordered the cinnamon cereal flavor and it is amazing, I highly recommend it. I am highly lactose intolerant and this beef protein is all I can tolerate. I have also tried this companies blueberry that was good but nothing like this! I am blown away by the flavor and texture, it mixes extremely well, dissolves easy, has no sugar, and I’m starting to see an increase in energy in the morning and lean muscle mass. It’s a bit pricy, but well worth it in my honest opinion.

it's not bad. It is just very wispy and hard to mix. The taste is good. Sometimes I need a break from the whey products and this does the trick. It's almost like mixing the old casein from way back in the day. I'd but it again. It definitely serves it's purpose.

Purchased the Cinnamon Toast, Flavor with 8oz of water is surprisingly good and I personally HATE mixing protein with water but I always try it. The flavor is akin to Lucky Charms after it's been dusted with the marshmallows but obviously without the Marshmallows, sounds mildly disappointing but ABSOLUTELY my new favorite as it's the best Water based flavor I've ever had. The lack of Lactose is obvious to me since I do have a bad reaction to it where my tongue itches and stomach bloats to the point of indigestion Chewy Vurps, NONE of that is present so can comfirm that claim 10/10. Dissolves easy to a smooth texture in my blender cup. Easy to pack and mix with water. Jury is out on Protien and recovery tho but looking forward as my staple powder for the next couple seasons of Lifting weights.

After using this product for 6 months,great value, taste was not bad but not flavor full either. Mixed well with shake machine. Stirred in well with drinks as well. Witch is probably why I continuednto use it. As far as the benefits I would say it improved my gains in the gym. A great way to get your protein in. As far as stomach ease it was ok for me personally. Overall would use this product but would probably not purchase again due to poor flavors. Not chalky either
