How big are each pluck and pull cube?

Hi, it varies depending on the cases. They are about 0.5"x0.5".

Do these outside dimentions include wheels and handles etc. for determining checked baggage limitations on airlines?

In fully collapsed mode, yes. Obviously not for when the handles are extended. I have taken the Nanuk 960 with me as checked baggage for international flights.
