The most important things to me when looking for a whey protein powder is, isolate vs other types, cholesterol amount and taste. This checks all the boxes. I don't need extra cholesterol so anything under 20mg is fine. Some of these protein powders have 40 to 50mg per serving which I find ridiculous. Not this one. Usually the quality and cholesterol level go hand in hand. If it's isolate, it's usually lower in cholesterol and a superior protein. This particular brand and flavor is pretty good. It's like a shake even mixed with water and didn't clump for me. I usually choose strawberry because I can mix it with a low sugar fruit punch and get away from the typical milk shake. I haven't done that with this one, but im sure it would taste as good if not even better. It mixes fine with water though.

BUY IT!! This is my absolute favorite protein powder. It tastes amazing and if you're like me and struggle with weird textures in your shakes you need this! It breaks down effectively when mixed in either water or milk and is super smooth. The strawberry is my favorite especially when mixed with milk, it reminds me of a strawberry shake. I have tried a few of their flavors but I always go back to STRAWBERRY, I actually have a subscription on... LOL. I usually have it after I weight train, but if it makes a nice breakfast as well. I'd say its worth every dollar and lasts for ever.

BSN at this point is synonymous with great taste. You'd be hard press to find a flavor that wasn't delicious. That being said they do lose points for the overall macro profile...A lot of the container is really just filler to add to the overall taste. If the value of each scoop is important, then there is definitely better options on the market....While on the subject of the scoop....according to the label...the scoop is supposed to be 38g it's actually 32-34g depending on how much air is in the scoop. The overall container size is pretty much what the label says though so you will get about 48 servings... Just not in 48 scoops. So to wrap up....if you want something to help with muscle building would this work to help supplement your protein intake? Yes ... Is it the best value ... No not even close... there is definitely better brand with higher protein yeild per scoop... But chances are you won't enjoy the taste of those other brands as much as this.

Delicious, taste like a strawberry shake

I'm currently on cut, so I bought this over the regular Syntha-6. My my my does BSN make tasty products. The regular Syntha-6 strawberry tastes amazing, so if you're comparing this to that one try not to be too biased. It has less grams of fat & sugar, it's an isolate, so of course it's not going to taste as good. It's pretty funny that this one is considered an "isolate" but still has more fats & sugars than regular protein powders, but that's BSN for you, they like to make tasty products for us. Now the taste of this is really good. There is a slight artificial taste to it, but barely noticeable. I like to mix it with 1% milk in the morning, makes a very tasty milkshake. If you're looking for a sweeter taste, add some splenda, or a banana even. It's a great tasting protein, but if you're looking for a true Isolate, be sure to check out the label first just to make sure the macros are what you want.

I really wanted to love this stuff because I love the whey option. This one refuses to breakdown so I am drinking clumps. The flavor is good, and I expected it to be a little less tasty being an isolate.

海外品、国内品をこれまで10種類以上は試してますがこれは本当に美味しいです。 私の中ではダントツでNo.1ですね！ 味が濃厚でミルキーでコクがあって美味しいですよ 牛乳よりただの水で割るほうがうまいです。 ただ確かに甘み強いので手持ちの無味のまずいプレーン味のプロテインを少し加えるとモ○のイチゴシェイクになります。 もちろんファストフード店の砂糖と脂肪たっぷりのものと同じというわけではないですがプロテインでこの味は見事じゃないでしょうか。 味も良く、溶けも良い しかし買ってから分かったのですがこれホエイとガゼインのミックスプロテインのようです。 ホエイ100％を求めてたのでそこが残念。 なのでこれは寝る前用もしくは朝用にしています。

いいところ 水で割って飲める！ 甘くてそこそこ美味しいのでお菓子を我慢したい時の代用品になる 他の美味しいと言われたプロテインは不味く思っていたのでお菓子の代用品と思えたのは今のところこのプロテインだけ 悪いところ 水で割っても濃厚でしつこく感じるときがある カロリーが高く糖質なども他のプロテインより多い 詳細 ゴルスタのチョコ味のプロテインをいつも飲んでいましたが 味に飽きたので美味しいと評判のシンサのストロベリー味のプロテインを買いました 私は合成甘味料が苦手でゴルスタのプロテインも美味しいと言われて買いましたが味が苦手で 飲めなくないけど飲みたくない味だと思いながら飲んでいました シンサのプロテインはカロリーが高く糖質なども他のプロテインより多めに入っています そこを懸念していましたが実際飲んでみて買ってよかったと思っています 今までのプロテインは牛乳やアーモンドミルクで割らなければ不味くて飲めなかったのにたいして こちらのシンサのプロテインは水だけで割って飲めます また味も甘く濃厚でどろりとした感じでイチゴシェイクを飲んでいる感覚です 普通のお菓子のほうが美味しいですがお菓子の代用品として思えるくらいの味で甘いものへの欲求をおさえてくれます ゴルスタ以外にもダイマタイズ、オールマックスと何個かプロテインは飲んだことがありますが 甘いものの代用品となるプロテインはこちらがはじめてでした なのでカロリーが高くても許容範囲かなと思います 先ほども書きましたが水で割っても濃厚で甘いのですっきりしたプロテインが希望の場合は購入しないほうがいいです 氷を多めに入れるとすっきりして飲めるのでオススメですがこの時期は冷えます
