It has a lot of different strategies to choose from and forces you to constantly problem solve the efficiency of your choices and adapt to your opponents. The many factions and random elements make the game very replayable. I don't think it's for everyone, so read/watch reviews if you're unsure. The turns near the end of the game can get a little tedious if you are playing with turn perfectionists. I didn't really get the feeling of a bee hive since you just have the 4 worker bees, but that's fine. I think the bee art looks awesome.
