Works well, great lighting

The original Led strip light that came with the water blade worked until the water supply was turned on then 3 blue LEDs failed. No way of contacting Longrun so contacted Amazon for advice. Bought another Led light for 60 quid and the same this time it’s green LEDs that have failed. How can such a product be sold it’s poor and not fit for a water feature.Not impressed

Speedy delivery, easy to install on my existing stainless steel waterfall blade as there’s already a hole for feeding through the cable and no fixtures required, just need to make sure the lights face outwards. Very happy with its performance, made the waterfall beautiful at night. Can be remote-controlled from quite far away by the remote controller which uses radio wave or use the mobile app which is connected wirelessly to the lights via Bluetooth. It has a timer of on for 1 to 3 hours or can be scheduled via the app with more options.

Better than I thought it would be brilliant

Worked great for three weeks with all colours working, then a short row of lights (about five lights) stopped working. The only way I can have a whole strip working is to have them on blue. After reading more reviews for this strip light I can see other people had the same fault, and as I have tried and failed you can not get help from the seller or Amazon unless you return the product. My strip lights are on a water blade built into my pond, I can get the lights out quite easily but if it's a waste of time doing this, I might just as well put up with blue lights. LESSON LEARNED, READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASE. Update 08/08/23 Seller contacted me after reading the above review and without argument, sent me a new strip light. I will install the new strip light shortly and fingers crossed all will be well. So, 5/5 for the seller and their service.

The light looks great, my AC adapter came damaged but they fixed the issue right away and they where very helpful! It makes a huge difference in my pool waterfall!

Die erste Beleuchtrung wurde defekt geliefert 9 LED waren defekt. Kann passieren, zweite Beleuchtung war auch defekt. Ich finde zweimal ist einmal zuviel. Bei dieser Firma wird absichtlich nur Müll versendet. Ausser Paket auf .Testen!!!! Paket Retounieren. Mehr hat man nicht davon. Ich bin hier raus.

La barra led inspiegabilmente si è spenta dopo qualche mese di funzionamento ma è stata sostituita dal fornitore che ha dimostrato grande professionalità e attenta cura per il cliente.
