Very nice product! Worth of money spent! No much noise, and speed is good and soothing air flow! If would have given instead of single LED light a full light in this fan..this would have moved out all its competitors out from the market. …worth to buy! Go for it!

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a ceiling fan I purchased from Orientel. The fan was bought on March 10, 2025. However, on the 1st of this month, the fan stopped working entirely; the cooling fan and its remote both ceased to function. I filed a complaint 3 to 4 days ago and contacted customer care. Although I was assured that a service employee would visit, I was later told that this area (Jaipur) is not covered by your service. This is disappointing, as I reside in a good locality in Jaipur, yet no support is provided. Considering this, I question the value of buying this fan online, as a local fan would have provided a one-year warranty and reliable service. Within just a few months, this fan malfunctioned, and no resolution has been provided so far. I request you to take prompt action and address this issue at the earliest.

I recently purchased the Orient Zeno BLDC fan, and overall, it performs well in terms of speed and power efficiency. It consumes very low power while delivering strong airflow, which is a great advantage. The design is also sleek and modern, adding a stylish touch to the room. However, there's a major issue that makes it frustrating to use. I have a Sun Direct DTH connection, and whenever I press the remote keys 5 to 9, the fan speed changes automatically. This is extremely annoying, as I have no control over it unless I manually reset the fan speed. After researching, I found that many other customers are facing the same issue. Interestingly, I also own an Atomberg BLDC fan, which does not have this problem. This clearly indicates that Orient needs to fix this issue in their BLDC fans. Until they resolve this, I wouldn’t recommend this fan to people who use Sun Direct DTH or similar remote-controlled devices.
