Hand Grip Strengthener Exerciser 5-60 kg

Loved this product. The strength needed isn't really beginner but it isn't far from it either. I go bouldering and it's come in real handy for stretching my fingers and warming the tendons up. Fun fact, our fingers don't have muscles in them! It's all tendons! All fit in hand really well and feels well made and durable. I've had mine for a few weeks and still going strong. Resistance of the springs is good too

This was the third I ordered... the other two broke. This is very good price, good quality and does the job.

Does exactly what it should, but the grips can be a bit uncomfortable to hold which brings it down one star for me as it makes it difficult to use for longer sessions. The difficulty is easily adjustable and since theres two you can train both arms at once easily.

It does what it supposed to. My left wrist still hurt after months of stumbling over. Using this and gradually increasing the strength of the grip genuinely helped my wrist. Now it barely hurts, and my left hand is as strong as my right one.

Good strengthening device does work but no way goes up to 60kg and handle is very uncomfortable and gave me plenty of blisters

This works ok, and seems to be decent quality. Certainly seems to be a good price. You get what you pay for, but if i was being picky i'd say the tension adjustment isn't very precise. I have relatively large hands (a bit over 8 inches long if that is helpful), and the overall size is a little bit smaller than would be ideal for me, but still usable.

El rango ajustable de 5 a 60 kg es ideal tanto para principiantes como para quienes ya tienen más fuerza. Me gusta que se puede adaptar fácilmente la resistencia con solo girar una perilla, lo que me permite ir progresando poco a poco. El diseño es ergonómico y cómodo de usar, incluso después de varias repeticiones. No se desliza ni causa molestias, lo cual se agradece. Además, su tamaño compacto me permite llevarlo en la mochila y usarlo en cualquier momento. Después de unas semanas de uso, ya noto una mejora en mi agarre y en la resistencia de mis manos, lo que me ha venido muy bien tanto para el gimnasio como para tocar instrumentos. Muy recomendado si buscas una forma práctica y efectiva de entrenar tus manos y antebrazos.

Das Gerät liegt sehr gut in der Hand, ist rutschfest und stabil verarbeitet. Besonders gefällt mir der verstellbare Widerstand, mit dem man das Training individuell anpassen kann – ideal für Anfänger bis Fortgeschrittene. Nach ein paar Wochen regelmäßiger Nutzung merke ich schon deutliche Verbesserungen in der Handkraft und auch meine Fingerbeweglichkeit hat sich gesteigert. Ho acquistato il PORTENTUM Hand Grip da un bel pò e sono estremamente soddisfatto. Cercavo un modo efficace per migliorare la mia presa e questo prodotto ha superato le mie aspettative. Pro: Regolabile: La possibilità di regolare la resistenza da 5 a 60 kg lo rende adatto a tutti i livelli di allenamento, dai principianti ai più esperti. Qualità costruttiva: Il materiale è resistente e durevole, non ho notato segni di usura anche dopo vari utilizzi. Ergonomico: L'impugnatura è comoda e non scivola, permettendo un allenamento efficace senza affaticare la mano. Versatile: Perfetto per rafforzare la presa, migliorare la coordinazione e prevenire infortuni. Lo uso anche per riscaldare le mani prima di attività sportive. Portatile: Le dimensioni compatte lo rendono facile da trasportare, posso allenarmi ovunque mi trovo. Però tutto sommato è una roba estetica quindi poco importa. Conclusione: Consiglio vivamente il PORTENTUM Hand Grip a chiunque voglia migliorare la propria presa e la forza delle mani. È un prodotto di alta qualità, versatile e facile da usare. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
