Twin Over Full Bunk Bed Wooden Kids Bunk Bed Frame with Storage Shelves Drawers and Staircase for Kids Teens Adults

This really did seem like the perfect fit for my kids and I was a super excited to have it delivered.Immediately I noticed that the delivery box was damaged on the outside. Very minor scuffing but as you can see in the photo it was smashed in on the outside part of the desk table top. Right in Plainview for everybody to see.Now the worst part about this bed, is that the cut work for the angles on the railing of the steps are all off by several inches! What kind of idiot does not know how to follow their angle on their cuts? If you look at the photos you can actually see. Some of the poles are several inches too tall and some are several inches too short. AND on top of that, The railing is not cut and measured correctly to where the poles for the railing need to be inserted.I worked on this all day. Got the whole thing together and realized this. I even had a second person come and take a look to make sure I wasn't putting the poles in the wrong spot as they had three pieces that were mislabeled and they were not pieces to be mistaken for other items in the building process! Often mislabeled or lacking in labels, and the actual bunk bed itself is so horribly wobbly without the stairs connected, and I've done four other bunk beds in the past 5 years. I know how they are supposed to put together. This shouldn't be wobbly whatsoever, even without the stairs.I absolutely will be returning this shoddy junkie workmanship. The boxes all came in three giant pieces and unfortunately due to where I live I could not keep them. I will update when the company sends boxes for returns on their company customer service

It's very difficult to assemble and needs 2 or 3 people to assemble. The instructions are all pictures and it's easy to get parts backwards. None of the parts are symmetrical and it's not easy to tell from the pictures. The number of different screw sizes is also a problem. They are very similar sizes and some engineering work should have gone in to consolidate to a lesser number of screw sizes. Pay attention to the mattress sizes you purchase. They can't be too tall and discription doesn't mention it is a twin XL. For the price, this is NOT a good purchase.

The area where slats on the full bud poor quality and cracking. My son is 10 and within the weight requirements so why is wood splitting. When look at wood can see wood damaged. Contacted Amazon and they are like they will send me a return label to return. First its a bunk bed and put together. I got rid of my son's other bed so he will not have a bed to sleep in. Also do not have any packaging to send bed back and some of the wood parts are extremely heavy. All I want is a replacement frame for the full size bed part.
