I was impressed with this product from the moment I opened the box. It was packed well and nothing was damaged. Easy to set up. I put it on the patio to make sure my dog knows that we still potty outside. The grass is soft and looks and feels like real grass. The pads for under the grass are sturdy and as advertised, washable. All you have to do is wash the pad in your washing machine once a week and rinse the grass out in the shower. We wash the tray weekly as well so we don't have smell on the hot summer days. I haven't been able to get her to poo on it yet but she's at least got the idea that she's supposed to pee on it. A little training is definitely in order but shouldn't be too difficult. The whole thing is large enough for my 60 pound pit bull to fit on and it's very sturdy. No leaks from the tray. It looks good on my patio and while it's large enough for my dog, it doesn't take up a lot of space. I'm pleased with this product. A great value for the money. I'm so looking forward to not having to go out when the snow flies and temperatures drop!

So, I recently adopted a puppy, and living in a second-floor apartment I was looking for an easy way to let my puppy do his business without having to get on a leash and go up and down the stairs every time. After a lot of back and forth, I settled on trying the fake grass patch out, even though it was a lot newer and less reviewed compared to other similar products on Amazon.So far, I have been nearly 100% satisfied. I leave it out on my balcony, so my pup still associates going with outside. Having it outside has also helped with smells - we only use it for ~50% of trips outside, and I went about 10 days before finally washing the pad underneath. The grass does not easily shed or anything of that nature, I have not tried to clean it yet, but I am assuming I won't have any issues. Puppy uses it with no issues, he even will poop on it which surprised me as usually when downstairs he will walks and sniff around quite a bit before going.The double up on pads and grass is nice for having a pad and grass out 100% of the time for those who need that - for me, I plan on holding on to the spares until the first set wears out, as we can always just go downstairs when cleaning is in progress.Overall, recommend the product, works like a charm and has made my life a whole lot easier

Using the grass pads for my dogs to lay on outside. The tray a little wobbly when picked up to wash out pee.. no longer use the tray with it.

Pros. Large size, washable, reusable pads. Dogs picked it up quickly.Cons: pan easily slides across floor, kind of shaky during dog use...they got us to it.

This is a great outdoor pad, but I use it indoors. I use a brush and some soap with a quick scrub and rinse with the hose. I turn it over and clean the underside as well. i let it dry outside for a day and it’s ready to go again. The little holes allow for the urine to pass through onto the disposable potty pad which I keeps the odor away too. My poodle uses this daily when I’m not home to let her out. Love the product

I like that I can set up a large area for my dog to eliminate when it's raining outside. I have a senior dog who can't always wait and also gets anxious when left alone. However, the rubber bottom on the patch of grass is slowly desintegrating! Every time I have to move it from one place to another, it leaves a trail of dirt that's really crumbs of rubber. The plastic grass comes off too and it's so annoying to have that stuff all over the floor when you buy a product that's meant to keep the floors clean!

The size of the tray, mat and artificial grass are a good size for my small dogs, a toy poodle and cute little pound dog mix.Nice looking product. Unfortunately the dogs don't like it. They'd rather use puppies pads when they are by themselves. I work long hours so the dogs are inside for 12+ hours each shift. I was hoping to save money with the reusable pads. The dogs had a different idea 🤦‍♀️

I bought this for my geriatric dogs. I think it would be a great product, except the plastic tray is too thin. It was cracked, and therefore I did not want to use it as it would defeat the purpose of the product. I returned the first one and it was replaced and unfortunately the second item was cracked and broken on the corners as well. The rest seemed good. The pads were very thick and seemed to be well made. The turf seemed decent quality. Unfortunately, I had to return everything because a cracked/broken tray makes the product useless.
