This chair exceeded my expectations. It's well constructed, and while there is some assembly to do, the finished article is comfortable, adjustable, and robust to the standard of a commercial office chair. I recommend it.

Pros: Its has many adjustable options. High quality materials. Cons: The headrest doesn't rotate back enough so it's in the way, I ended up removing it. The mesh at the bottom is PAINFUL, a cushion would've been nicer. The arm rest padding is tough; you'd need to get a separate arm rest pad.

Its ok for the price. Only gripes: - i needed to use wd40 to remove the squaking sound when i move or sit on the chair - the armrest are easily adjusted even when it wasn’t intentional - the seat is not made of cushion but mesh instead. I came from a cushion chair and it really depends on the person what they prefer. I recommend trying a mesh and a cushion seat before you purchase. Overall I get 75% of the comfort and durability of a harmen miller aeron at 25% of the price.
