Great idea. Does an excellent job. Been enjoying the soup since day one. A word of caution. Make sure that there is no water around the socket area before plugging in.

The four stars are for customer service.they are so eager to help and solve the problem.the missing one star is because the product had malfunctioned in less than a month.

I purchased this product and was initially very impressed — it worked excellently for the first 4 months. Unfortunately, it stopped working after that. For the past 3 weeks, I have been following up for repair or replacement support, but I have received no proper support. Follow-ups made are ignored. The product now sits unused at home, which is disappointing given my trust in the brand. I had even recommended it to 4 friends who purchased it based on my experience. With this lack of after‑sales support, I am left questioning how I can continue recommending this product to others.
