It comes with an 18" silver plated chain with the option for a silver box chain of 1mm diameterThe heart is 12mm, with a 4mm amethyst Swarovski and two 5-6mm pearls - please see any additional picture(s) so that you can see the size of the necklace you are purchasing. The images for size indicator are of a similar necklace with a jade instead of the second pearl. The necklace you are buying is the first image. Real pearls and Murano do vary slightly in shape and colour.If you would like this posted directly to the recipient - that is no problem!
