Works great. Ive been using this in the restaraunt where i work as a cook and prep cook, the base is a bit narrow making it hard to place a catch or bowl beneath it and the dicing platform is roughly 4 inches or so allowing for only medium sized onions/tomatoes with out have to cut them down to size. Otherwise a great product, thats vert sturdy. The suction cups come in handy keep it tight to the cutting board or table and its easy to assemble/disassemble and clean and the blades stay sharp fairly well. A must have for the kitchen at a great price! I'd definitely recommend and would purchase again.

que tu n'auras pas de grille de taille différente, seulement 2 lames en plus , sinon parfait pour ceux qui ont des problèmes aux poignets.

Cut 40 pounds of potatoes in no time at all and was super easy to cut. Definitely recommended and a great purchase.
