A real bargain vs. key replacement.
Seems to be an excellent way to avoid a costly key replacement. It went together well, key fits securely.

The cheap plastic slot in these hi-dollar car keys breaks and you can no longer put your car key on your key chain. For around 7.00 this item saves you from having to go to the dealership and spend hundreds on a new key just so you can keep your key on your key ring. That's some serious value! I was surprised at how well its made, real leather looks great! And it don't create a big jumbled mess with my other keys in my pocket. Since both my keys were broken, I doubled down and saved hundreds more!! Very pleased with this purchase!! (Pro tip-a little superglue on the threads of the screw should keep it from coming loose and losing your key later on.)

Works great seems secure
My son broke the loop off his key and we needed something to secure it to his key chain. This little key topper works great. Has a screw to hold the leather together. The key slipped right in and fits perfect! Would recommend for sure!

This 100 % fixed our problem with the broken end of key. Very good quality and should have gotten before we broke the key. Would have protected it

Good price bit worthless for chip keys
Works great to go on your key but if you key has a chip in it, then it's completely worthless.

Didn't fit
This DID NOT FIT a 2006 Jeep Liberty key fob. I liked the material, seemed durable and came in great colors but had to send it back for it not fitting over the fob.

Works amazing for 2010 Ford Focus Key with the plastic ring that always ends up breaking
This works amazing on 2010 ford focus key... the ring on my one and only car key broke and spending 200 bucks on a key from dealership to replace is just not affordable to me and I can take care of that cheaper route but needed something immediatley as it is the only one i have so decided to give this a shot... so far it works as advertised... the screw that holds the key in the pouch is nice and gives great peace of mind not worrying if it is going to snap open and lose the only key I have until I can obtain a spare... it does not interfere with 2010 ford focus ignition or the deep seated door key hole for this car but I believe it does say will not work on those types of locks but at least this worked for me... its a tad strange getting used to realizing it's your car key but I will greatly take that any day... the price was great for what you get and how well it has held up so far... inwill update if it wears and breaks prematurely down the road... I would've used thicker leather but it's good ... We Ford owners at least with that style key know how frustrating it is for the plastic ring to break is and I recommend giving this a shot or maybe doing it before ypu simply drop your keys on the sidewalk and it breaks as it is only a matter of time before it does and then you will be scrambling to get one of these as what happened to me...
