I love this stuff! We use it strictly as a preventative. We do not have any mold in our house, and do not want any. We use it twice a year when we go out of town in the spring and fall. We bomb our root cellar and the attic in our 90 year old house. Everything smells clean and fresh when we get home. Our gravel floor cellar never has any musty odor. It is always clean and fresh. I highly recommend this. it has kind of a light swimming pool, chlorine scent when it is going. But clears up pretty quickly, leaving a fresh clean scent.

Easy to use, not a bad price, all 3 did a 30+ foot motorhome. Really removed the stink.

Stained my new floor

Tried several products to eliminate an odor in the basement living quarters. This worked! I closed the windows and did not open them for a couple of days. It's now been 2 weeks and remains odor free. The only problem was trying to lock the spray nozzle down quickly enough without getting any spray on me. I did wear a mask, glasses and gloves. In the future I would used gloves with a trash bag over my head with the eyes cut out. I would highly recommend this product

I used the product in my garage and followed the directions to the letter. It's not a 'fog" as you might expect. It's more of a liquid mist that is supposed to permeate the air - which I guess it did. Even though I covered everything important with plastic, the product left a greasy residue on everything in close proximity to the spray. After 24 hours it appears that the product did nothing as the mold on the ceiling insulation has not been abated. Seems completely ineffective with the exception of leaving a heavy disinfectant order that has been embedded into the walls and boxes, affecting our breathing (heaviness in the chest) even after airing out for 30 minutes and even with the garage door left open.. Everything will have to be wiped down - which I definitely didn't expect I'd have to do. I would never buy this again.

Effective product, but the can I had was defective: the bomb trigger wouldn't stay locked down - kept popping up. I ended up using a face mask and spraying it all by hand (ugh). Very effective chemicals, but the spray can needs work. Would not recommend.

I know this product says that you shouldn't put it inside a small closed space but I was desperate. I was dealing with a very bad HVAC smell which I tried to get rid of with UV lights, deodorizer sprays, coil cleaners, bleach, etc... nothing worked. As a last resort I shoved this bad boy in the air return, it only lasted for like 2 minutes spraying the contents of the can, then I let it rest for about 2 hours. I'm happy to report that the smell is now gone. It's been 2 weeks and it hasn't come back. This thing works.

This stuff is not cheap for one bottle so I was hesitant. I had a bedroom flood (under the floor) due to a broken pipe(trickle) while on vacation. After removing the floor and bottom of the walls, we found mold and mildew. Everything was treated but the stale flood smell remained. I was having flashbacks of friend's and family's houses that flooded during Hurricane Harvey. If you have ever smelled flood smell, you don't soon forget. I was afraid the smell would never leave. Before I installed the new floor, I purchased a can of this. I followed the directions listed. I entered the rooms 6 hours or so later and no flood smell! I was worried that the chemical smell and fragance would be overwhelming. It was not! Very light fragance and no strong chemical smell to speak of. I was shocked. I wish I had found this years ago.
