This was what I needed. This combo is perfect. No more leg cramps and sleeping much better at night.

Takes away bloating. Feeling more energized and can sleep better. Been taking them for 2 months now.

These capsules are slightly bigger than my fiber pills. I can swallow them fine, but I can imagine that it might be a bit difficult for others. I take two in the evening, daily, and this past week I have to say that I sleep more soundly now and feel great. I typically have interrupted sleep where I get up and cannot go back to sleep, but now it is not as frequent, and when I do wake, I usually go right back to sleep. This may be due to feeling more relaxed, exercising, and having a more consistent sleep routine. This chelated Magnesium trio is just what I need to address my insomnia issue. The Latin root for the word “Chelate” means “to claw,” as absorption of this chelated magnesium into your cells are much better if it were to stick around long enough in your body to become successfully incorporated. In conclusion, my experience with other Magnesium complex brands yielded similar results with my sleep cycle, but I always come back to this complex trio [when it goes on sale]. In all seriousness, I feel that this is one of those things in life that you cannot put a price on. For me, the money I spend on these high-end supplements are worth their weight in gold.

Me ha gustado mucho este magnesio. Me parece una fórmula bastante completa porque combina tres formas de magnesio: glicinato, citrato y malato. Las cápsulas son fáciles de tomar y me gusta que no contiene gluten, ingredientes artificiales ni rellenos innecesarios.

I’ve been using this magnesium for a few days now, and honestly, I’ve been quite surprised. I bought it primarily to help me relax and improve my sleep, and I have indeed noticed that I sleep more soundly. Plus—something I hadn't expected—it has also helped me with constipation. It isn't harsh, but it does keep things more regular, which is a huge plus for me. I’m not giving it 5 stars because taking more than the recommended amount can be a bit hard on the stomach; however, when taken at the correct dosage, it works very well. Overall, it is a product I would definitely buy again thanks to its many benefits.
