FEW..... never really go wrong with any buck knife the line with the black handles like the 119 and the 124 and the 120 are definitely a series that are collectible. Generally the Hallmark of this buck knives is there Sharp but they still hold an edge they don't rust but they still hold an edge they look great they feel great in your hands

I was inspired to buy this knife since I already own a Buck 112 folder and a Buck 119 fixed blade. I bought the 119 30+ years ago sight unseen for about $20 and the 112 for about the same price about 20 years ago. Both knives are still like new although I have to admit that I don't abuse them much, having several knives that I use to spread out the wear. However, the 112 has been my EDC knife for a long time, even if it is used gently. They do take and hold an edge (just as their slogan says) and on a whim I ordered the 120 when I read that it was actually bigger than the Kabar Marine knife, which I also own. Well, the thing is very sharp, so don't cut yourself like I did when you take it out of the sheath. The thing is beautiful, my wife is envious, I think she wishes kitchen cutlery was that nice. She has a Mora knife to use as a seat belt cutting knife if need be, or a mugger discourager, but I have promised her a 112 of her own for an EDC. People who know Buck knives need no explanation, they are simply works of art for a price that won't break the bank. If you have never seen a Buck knife before, the money is well spent. However, I have a good selection of short knives and pocket knives to use, the 120 is not an EDC knife unless you are in the woods all day.

Like all of the Buck knives, the 120 General Hunting knife is a well made knife. Makes a great camping tool.

This is a very nice knife. Sharp out of the box, nice leather sheath.

The Buck 120 is a classic, and this one definitely lives up to what I've heard! Be warned, it is a HUGE knife, so keep that in mind (I am 6'4 so don't be thrown off by the photo) but it is a great addition to my collection. I prefer the aesthetics of it over other standard large knives like the Ka-Bar, but don't let its nice design fool you, it can definitely take a beating if you plan on using it for its intended purpose and not just have it on display! The leather holster it came with is also a great bonus! It came extremely sharp and ready to go for whatever you want to put it through.

I like. Good utility. I've seen other handle material and blade material options. Id like to see those on 120 models.

Es un producto Buck. Tiene una calidad extraordinaria. Se ve bien, se siente muy bien... los acabados soberbios. El filo que trae de fábrica es de lo mejor en cuchillos de las mejores marcas. Es una pieza magnífica y 100 % recomendado.

Wunderbares Knife für Outdoor and Survival. Habe selbst vom Glock Armeemesser zu diesem System gewechselt. Für die groben Aufgaben (Holz etc.) empfehle ich allerdings das Glock. Zum Jagen, Kochen und zur Selbstverteidigung im Extremfall ist das Buck gut geeignet.
