Like coke or like runny honey?** A: Like runny honey, ideally this should be used in small quantities in dishes due to overpowering and the salt quantity. **Q: What size bottle pump is available for this item?** A: This is just a lrage bottle which I decant to a smaller table friendly dispenser. Not aware of any pump as such. **Q: How much sugar has this ? .** A: By phae on 18 February 2021 **Q: how long does this last once opened and does it have to be refrigerated** A: There is so much salt in Soya Sauce and it is a preservative, I don't refridgerate mine it lasts a long time. The flavour is rich and savoury, and it gives food that deep colour you'd expect from a good dark soy sauce.A little goes a long way, so despite the large 1.9L bottle, I don't feel like I'm using much each time. It's worked well in everything from fried rice to slow-cooked dishes and homemade sauces.The size is both a positive and a negative.
